 The Landmark Tour 

This garden was established as a rubber and tea plantation in the 20th century and it was later formally opened to the public under the name of Sitawaka Botanical Garden. It is a place rich in beauty and an ideal environment for those who appreciate mental freedom. The total area of ​​the botanical garden is 42 hectares.Sitawaka Botanical Garden or Sitawaka Wetland Botanical Garden is mainly a research area and a conservation area for threatened and vulnerable endemic plant species of the Sinhara Rainforest region.  Promotion of export floriculture, ex situ conservation of wet lowland plants and horticulture are also promoted in the park.

 Traveling is a hobby for me to see the most beautiful places, animals and mental health all over Sri Lanka, so I chose this place at a time when I needed freedom and mental health. So this is a photo that I took to remember this trip forever.

 Tattoos

 Modernity forces us to express our identity with confidence. Tattoos are a controlled expression of one's inner personality.  It is a way to communicate our differences and uniqueness, which in turn affects how we are perceived by others.  Having a meaningful tattoo allows us to express who we are on the inside, our passions in life. Who we are is defined by what stays with us - the people, stories, places, memories and we measure ourselves in relation to them.  *Combines our remembered past, perceived present and desired future.* Like art, inspiration, identity, tattoos tell stories, provide constant reminders and express feelings and ideas.  So, as a celebrator of individuality and self-expression, I didn't think twice about painting on the chest with an ink-filled needle tip

What is fitness? The physical fitness definition is the ability to perform daily tasks with ease, without becoming tired, and with extra energy to enjoy leisure-time activities such as hobbies and extra daily tasks. Physical fitness is when a person can execute daily activities with maximum performance, endurance, and strength. A person that is physically fit can also manage some health-related diseases, exhaustion, and undue stress.

High Capacity & Me

I have loved bikes since childhood and my biggest dream was to have a collection of high capacity bikes.  WRX 250, KTM 690, Ducati 696 are special among them. I got a special license for these because these are high capacity motorcycles and their use is prohibited in Sri Lanka.  Due to their attractive appearance and high performance, there is a huge demand for these in the market. Here is a picture of me with my favorite bike.

To give an introduction the bike is light and the brakes work well, they are bigger than the wr250x.  It's the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden, and the very upright riding position means you can go long distances without getting sore.  The legroom, torque and upright riding position made it surprisingly good with a pillar.

  Yamaha WR250X is a 250cc Supermoto bike.  Its 4-stroke single cylinder engine has a power output of 22 kW and a torque output of 17 ft-lb. The top speed of the Yamaha WR250X motorcycle is around 80 mph (128 km/h).Its horsepower is approximately 30 bhp. The Yamaha WR250X weighs around 136 kg (299 lbs). Its seat height is 895 mm (35.2 inches). It is a lightweight motorcycle suitable for tall riders. The fuel tank capacity of the Yamaha WR250X is 7.6 liters. Its fuel consumption is around 60 mpg (25 km/l). The bike can provide up to 80 miles (128 kilometers) of fuel tank range. It has an average fuel economy.

 The KTM 690 Enduro is a dual sport motorcycle made by KTM since 2008. An R version was introduced in 2009, initially having slight differences from the basic 'E' model but eventually becoming the core model. The 690 Enduro and R range has undergone a number of changes over its lifespan.

  Ducatis are known for their unique design. Their classic look and feel have made them an instantly recognizable symbol of style and attitude across the world. With powerful L twin engines, trellis frame, desmodromic valve control system and an undeniable Italian flair, these bikes truly stand out from the crowd.

  These are some of my favorite bikes in my bike collection. I got a special license for these because these are high capacity motorcycles and their use is prohibited in Sri Lanka. *Dairy Farm* 

Due to my love and kindness towards animals, I had to start a dairy farm according to an idea that came to my mind.  The farm spans 25 acres and houses 20 cows and goats.  Fresh milk is produced in this farm.  I am very happy to be able to contribute to meeting the milk needs of the Sri Lankan market by maintaining the high standards of the advanced technology used in the farm.

 Appropriate environmental conditions are provided in carefully designed cow sheds for calves, heifers and cows.  Special care is taken in designing and preparing housing and feed for pregnant cows. Ensuring good health of the animals is a priority on farms.  I am also very concerned about that relationship. Today, it has reached a state of progress by earning profits. It must be remembered that all my family members are behind that development......
